Thank you for your interest in Cobbitty Park Christian Retirement Village. We offer a peaceful way of living in a retirement establishment comprising of independent-living homes at an affordable entry price with very low recurrent charges and low exit fees.

Cobbitty Park Christian Retirement Homes Ltd is an association of like-minded Christians who have the aspiration to serve the community with an attractive and affordable retirement living experience. The Company is a not-for-profit organisation listed as a charity with the ACNC.

The village was established seven years ago and is still under development. At present there are 50 independent-living residential single level units of either two or three bedrooms, including five units near completion. Construction has commenced on a new community Centre for which we expect completion by mid-end 2018. We have Council approval for another 15 units at a later date. The vacant land at the northern end of the village will soon be developed for recreation, but the Operator reserves the right to develop this land for residences at a future date.

The village is available to persons over 55 years of age or, in the case of couples, one of whom is over 55 years of age.

The village has at present a community room available for activities, family gatherings, and meetings of the resident groups. We also have an agreement in place with the neighbouring church building for family functions and meetings.

The day to day management of the village is by our team of the manager and the customer liaison officer, who are employed on a part time basis to arrange repairs and payments, assist with the development, manage bookings for the community centre, and generally assist residents and enquirers.

Care organisations whom you may need to maintain your health, for cleaning, shopping or any other service, have free access to the Village.

The Operator operates the Village strictly in accordance with the Retirement Villages Act 1999 and its regulations 2017.
